I’ve always loved UK folklore, particularly anything related to the Fae and Faeries. This look in particular I wanted to have the feel of Never Let Go, a picture book I had as a child based on the Ballad of Tam’Lin. The Faerie Queen takes a mortal boy, and on All Hallows Eve his love reclaims him by holding on. It stayed with me. Question is, would you take my hand, and follow me into the woods?
